System User Management
System users have special permissions to manage the system, including editing client information, managing trading accounts, and overseeing trades.

System users are displayed in a table that includes the following fields:

Login Account: The account used by the system user to log in to the management console (not shared with the trading terminal).

Email: The system user's email, used for email notifications.

Phone Number: The system user's phone number, used for SMS notifications.

Role: The role of the system user.

Enable Connection: Indicates whether the system user is allowed to log in to the management console.

Description: A text description of the system user.
-
Last Access: The last time the system user logged into the management console, accurate to the second.
Commands

Add: To add a system user, click the "Add" button at the top of the list, and a new window will open.

Edit: Click the "Edit" button for the corresponding user to open the system user's settings window.

Search: You can search for the corresponding system user by login account or name.

Delete: Click the "Delete" button for the corresponding system user to remove the user. A confirmation pop-up appears to avoid accidental deletions.
General Settings

Login Account: The account used by the system user to log in.

Account Password: The login password for the system user (password format: 8-16 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).

Check: A button used to check whether the current password input is valid.

Change: A button to update the account password. The new password is the value entered in the current password input field.

Name: The name of the system user.

Remarks: Text description or notes about the system user.

Email: The system user's email. If no email is specified, the system will be unable to send internal emails to the user.

Phone Number: The system user's phone number. If no phone number is specified, the system will be unable to send SMS messages to the user.

Enable Connection: A button that disables the user from logging into the management console if not enabled.

Last Access: The time the system user last logged into the management console, accurate to the second, for display purposes only.
Permissions

Role: The role of the system user, which is a preset configuration for system permissions. Selecting a role will automatically check the corresponding system permissions below, but it has no practical effect:

Client Manager: Has partial permissions for "Client Management" and "Orders."

Senior Manager: Has all system permissions except for Data Source, Trading Symbols, System Management, and CRM.

Business Line Permissions: Choose the corresponding business line to access the client list for that business line in "Client Management."

System Permissions: The core control for system permissions, currently categorized based on the menu:

Permissions are controlled through API interface configuration. If access is denied, the user will be automatically logged out.
-
Roles are only a preset configuration for system permissions and have no practical effect.
