Client List

A client is an independent entity within the trading platform. This section contains comprehensive information about clients, including personal data, KYC, and related bound and trading account details.

The platform allows a client to create an unlimited number of trading accounts, including accounts of different groups or the same type.

The list provides the following information:

  • Account - The client's unique ID, consisting of 8 digits.

  • Email - The client's email address, used for notifications after binding.

  • Phone - The client's phone number, used for SMS notifications after binding.

  • First/Last Name- The client's full name.

  • Balance - The total balance of all trading accounts, calculated as the sum of "Available Funds + Used Funds."

  • Identity Verification - The client's identity verification status:

      • Blank - The client has not submitted identity verification information.
      • Verified - The information has been reviewed and approved by the manager.
  • Bank Verification - The client's bank card verification status.

  • Registration Time - The time the client registered, accurate to the second.

Commands

  • Add - To add a new client, click the "Add Client" button at the top of the list and execute the "Add Client" command. A new window will open.

  • Edit - Click the "Edit" button next to the client to open the client settings window.

  • Search - Search for specific clients based on registration time, verification status, phone number, or email.

  • Delete - Click the "Delete" button next to the client to remove them. A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental deletions. Clients with active trading accounts cannot be deleted.

Adding a New Client

Click the "Add Client" button to manually add a new client (not a trading account) in the backend. The following is the new client form.

The new client form includes the following fields:

  • Business Line Name - The business line the client belongs to (required). The business line determines the range of trading accounts the client can open.

  • Email - The client's email address, used for notifications.

  • Phone - The client's phone number (with country code), used for notifications.

  • Account - A unique account identifier, currently 8 digits.

  • Account Password - The client's password (password format: 8-16 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).

Client Details

Overview

This tab displays the financial information of all trading accounts owned by the client.

  • Available Funds - The total available funds across all trading accounts.

  • Total Trading Volume - The total number of closed lots across all trading accounts.

  • Total Profit/Loss - The total realized profit or loss across all trading accounts (excluding floating profit).

  • Total Deposits - The total deposits across all trading accounts (unit: USD).

  • Total Withdrawals - The total withdrawals across all trading accounts (unit: USD).

Trading Accounts

This tab displays the basic information of all trading accounts owned by the client.

  • Trading Account - The unique ID of the trading account.

  • Remarks - Notes associated with the trading account.

  • Group - The account group the trading account belongs to.

  • Type - The type of trading account (Hedging/Netting mode).

  • Floating Profit/Loss - The floating profit or loss of the trading account.

  • Balance - The trading account's balance.

Balance = Available Funds + Used Funds.

Account Information

This tab allows editing of the client's basic information, consistent with the Add Client form.

  • Password Check - Verifies whether the value entered in the password field is valid.

  • Password Change - Allows modification of the client's password.

Client Identity Verification

When a client submits verification information, the list will display a corresponding prompt, as shown below:

Next to the "Identity Verification" field, a "Review" button will appear. Clicking this button opens the "Review" page, as shown below.

On the review page, you can view the documents and basic information submitted by the client.

  • Approve - Approves the client's verification.

  • Reject - Rejects the client's verification.

  • Remarks - Add notes for the review, which will be displayed in the client's personal center along with the review result.
