Data Sources
Data sources provide quotes from various providers, enabling your clients to access the following essential trading tools:
- Price data from different exchanges and ECNs for analysis and trading strategy formulation.
This platform offers a variety of built-in, ready-to-use data sources for integration with major providers such as Dow Jones, IBTimes, and DTN.
In the Data Sources section, you can switch between data sources to view the product list and quote data associated with each source:
You can manage existing data source configurations, including enabling or disabling specific sources.
The selected data source displays all trading products associated with it. The information shown for trading products includes:

Trading Symbol - The name of the trading symbol.

Price Change - The percentage change in the trading symbol’s price.

Buy - The buy price for the trading symbol.

Spread - The spread of the trading symbol.

Sell - The sell price for the trading symbol.

Last Quote Time - The last successful connection time with the data provider.
The data source for a trading symbol can be switched and tracked in the configuration under "Trading Symbols - Data Source."
Commands
The shortcut menu in the “Data Sources” section includes the following commands:

Enable/Disable - Configure using the "Data Source Enabled" switch at the top right of the list. If disabled, the current data source's quotes will no longer be available.

Search - Search for symbol quotes by trading symbol name.
